Two positions available in our Baltimore Maryland location, may be hired at senior level based on skills and experiences.
Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing interpretation of historical financial data, financial projections, and results. Performs pricing duties to support business development studies, economic evaluation, and planning functions.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Prepare pricing for government proposals and change orders.
Identifies complex financial problems or issues, researches solutions, and implements corrective steps to achieve higher level of efficiency.
Advises management of various financial models and recommendations.
Prepares complex presentations.
Prepares financial planning, financial section of annual and quarterly reports to shareholders, applicable government reports, and budget reports. Is used as a resource by staff or outside departments.
Conducts and documents complex financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment.
Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects. Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultants
Requires a BS/BA degree in accounting or finance; 3-5 years experience in general accounting, finance, or budget and planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Government experience required
MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred
FAR/CAS experience highly preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
