Responsible for providing laboratory customer service support to lab staff, physician offices, nursing homes, healthcare clinics, other medical organization clients and patients in a call center environment. Responsibilities include receiving and answering phone call inquires, making outbound calls to relay test results and specimen information, receiiving and accurately dispatching courier, phlebotomy and supply requests to appropriate locations, managing certain types of lab orders, completing various fax, print and call reports throughout the day, processing add on test requests and completing other daily administrative tasks as assigned.


HS diploma , 25 WPM and excellent customer service skills are required. Recent experience in lab specimen processing, medical assistance, and/ or phlebotomy is preferred.


Day Shift-9:30 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
