We currently have an excellent opportunity for a National Business Manager managing the Vitamin business in the Western Region. The preferred location for this position is within any major city in the Western Region.
Direct and manage the sales process for our National customers and regional geographic area. This position oversees and directs a National Sales Agent (Broker) insuring all CHD goals and objectives are being executed and accomplished.
Responsible for sales of new items, category reviews, sales volume, customer profitability and margin improvement, promotional planning, budget adherence, deduction management and execution of sales / marketing / retail initiatives.
Development of annual strategic bottom-up business plan, forecasting, working in conjunction with the Customer Development and Broker Teams.
Manage the business thru the Broker Partner effectively working in conjunction with their team to achieve Church& Dwight strategic goals.
Ability to manage and take the lead on multiple projects and manage people simultaneously.
Strong leadership, presentation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, financial, communication and creative problem solving skills understanding that this position is totally accountable for its results.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, IRI, SOS, Nielsen.
Minimum 4 year college degree.
Minimum 10 years Sales Management experience in Consumer Products, ideally managing within the Food Class of Trade thru the Food Broker Network.
