As a Network/Hardware Specialist you will engineer, develop, install, monitor, maintain, and upgrade all network, systems and infrastructure related to Cloud Delivery. This includes system and server engineering, telephony systems (TDM and VoIP), network engineering, and operational process and procedure development and implementation. You will troubleshoot hardware, network, firewall, port, and vpn type issues on client sites, hosted centers and premise networks and equipment.
Required qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience with servers (Windows and Linux required, HPUX preferred), virtual machines, along with some advanced networks including SIP proxy required. And, experience with firewalls, vpns, and routers, and dealing with secure data. Network and Hardware gurus please apply!
Cisco knowledge preferred.
Cache database experience preferred.

Location: Our offices are located in Muncie, Indiana. We will consider remote work in which you work 50% of the time in our office the first 5 or 6 months, with more potential to work remotely after that time .
