Prepares, analyzes, reviews, and projects financial impact of facility, ancillary, group, and/or behavioral health contracts. Drafts contracts and conducts pre-contractual audits and surveys. May negotiate or assist in negotiating individual contracts. Ensures the smooth operation and administration of agreements. Coordinates and evaluates the network.

Required Skills

Assists with contracting and rate negotiation, conducts site reviews, coordinates Letters of Agreement with non-contracted sites, handles mailings, and communicates network participation status with internal departments, networks, and prospective networks. Coordinates compiling a list of issues, follows up on issue list, and attends operations meetings. May develop / maintain database information for all contracted facilities. May be responsible for HSD tables. *LI-CY

Required Experience

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; At least one year experience with contract management and/or network operations. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements: IPA experience. Paralegal degree. Master’s degree.
