Network Management Rep
Provides internal provider service and support to the HealthLink provider community. Collaborates with both internal and external customers to ensure provider satisfaction. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Research and resolution of provider claims issues, demographic changes and terminations. Promote integrity of provider database by ensuring accuracy of data. Track and trend claim issues, as well as provider disputes.
Requires a H.S. diploma; 1-3 years of customer service experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
