Responsibilities of the role:
Join part of a 24/7 shift team performing monitoring, problem determination and resolution, escalation and reporting of the IT services.

You will be responsible for performing the first pass problem determination and trouble shooting of all incidents and taking recovery actions as required.

This will include maintaining handover logs, ticket updates and the creation of regular and adhoc reports. You will be working as a member of a team in a 24/7 shift environment and this will also include Night, Weekend and Bank Holiday working.

You will ideally have the following:
Good OS skills (Windows/Linux/VMware)
Knowledge of any of the following products would be an advantage

Symantec: OpsCenter/NetBackup/Puredisk/Altiris/Enterprise Vault
EMC (Legato) Networker
Crystal Reporting
MS Office
