The Voice Network Engineer is responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice and video communications network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all voice and video equipment such as PBX switches, phones, circuits, wiring, servers, back up systems, voice network management and diagnostic tools, video MCUs, video gateways etc.
The Senior Engineer is responsible to assist in the development of company policies and procedures to support voice and video operations, security, and integrity.
Must have at least 10 year experience with Nortel PBX, Contact Center, Call Pilot and IP telephony.
Cisco Call Manager and Unity a plus.
