Seeking an individual to work with a team of insurance consultants in the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty divisions of Brown & Brown. This person will be responsible for relationship management and development of key prospects for both divisions.
Must be able to create and develop an interest in our services and arrange appointments for our consultants. An updated database will be kept to note follow-up action. Status reports will be submitted to both departments on a daily basis. Logs should be kept to show calls made and successes achieved.
The ideal candidate will have a background in outbound phone-based customer service and/or tenure representing a product within a specialized industry.
