Job Description Process, proof and complete protocols, reports, summaries, brochures and other related preclinical regulatory documents. In-depth knowledge of word documents and organization aptitude required to produce finished documents in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of medical and scientific terminology needed. Ability to extract key data from study protocols to produce spreadsheets and eDocs Product Dictionaries. Maintains document tracking for all documents. Communicates with colleagues/management/authors regarding timelines for word processing work and document workflows. Coordinate and communicate with other word processing centers/team members for consistency of all regulatory documents. Maintain strong lines of communication with extra-departmental staff to implement and coordinate software upgrades and changes. Supports training of PCS staff regarding e sub training. Management and update of document templates. Skills/Experience Requirements Excellent working knowledge of word processing and document management computer applications. E-Docs/documentum experience or similar document management software required. Must be able to provide services and results on time, accurately and consistent with expectations. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects, strong organizational skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Solid written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience with document checking, importation and workflows in electronic submissions systems highly preferred. Experience with bookmarking/hyperlinking software preferred.Experience with data extraction from study protocols highly preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and excel in a high paced and demanding environment.
