Main Responsibility Area
Acts as a main contact point for key ON customers in NAM . Understands customer's strategic and business plans. Implements ON account strategy. Identifies ON products and/or solutions and develops an ON product offering to meet customer needs at an optimum profitability. Builds understanding of ON customers key business drivers and uses this knowledge for creating profitable ON business. Acts as an operational business manager, relationship manager, sales person and business developer for ON.
Responsible for pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities of ON. Creates and improves customer relationships, manages sales and marketing activities as well as operations, ensures that offers are properly done and participates in negotiations and contract closure. Ensures proper post-sales support to customers.
