Nurse Coordinator – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Evenings (Four 10-hour shifts from 2pm-12am; rotating weekends) Bring your passion for teambuilding to the #1-ranked hospital in New York (U.S.News & World Report), and drive nursing excellence across premier pediatric ICU settings.

Coordinate all aspects of clinical care to ensure the delivery of high-quality, family-centered services to our patients, from infants to young adults. Provide coverage for two units (PICU and PCICU unit), serving as a liaison between shifts. Assist with unit administration, including the management of staffing needs. Counsel staff RNs on a regular basis, providing clinical education and conducting follow-up procedures as necessary.

Key Criteria Qualified candidates have current NYS RN licensure and at least two years of clinical experience (should include experience in a PICU). Preferred candidates have a Master’s degree in Nursing or Public Health and previous management experience. Exceptional communication skills are expected.
