Work closely with the Patient Care Director on a wide variety of cases, ranging from adult inpatients requiring pre- and post-operative care to patients in need of general acute care and specialty services such as Surgical Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Orthopedic, Infectious Disease, Hospitalist Unit, Medicine, and Surgical. Lead initiatives aimed at decreasing length of stay while improving clinical outcomes, and make your mark on the field of nursing. Qualified candidates have a BSN (an MSN is preferred or at minimum, enrolled in an MSN program), current NYS RN licensure, and at least five years of med/surg experience in a large hospital or university hospital setting.
