This is an Independent Contractor Position.

This position requires a graduate of a College of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program or Advanced Practice/Clinical Nurse Specialist program. Candidates will possess a valid Ohio RN license, and current COA from the Ohio Board of Nursing to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Certification as Advanced Practice Nurse in pediatrics, psychiatry or adolescent medicine are required. Prescriptive Authority, DEA number. BLS and ACLS required. Work experience will include two or more year’s relevant nursing experience.

We will consider new graduates for this opportunity. The Nurse Practitioner will work with our collaborating physician.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents and select adult clients of NYAP. He or she will provide psychiatric assessments, medication management and follow-up care to clients and consultation to professional staff providing counseling and CPST services.

Contractor must provide proof of liability insurance.

Practice location for this it the Greater Cincinnati Area (Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties)
