The Affinity Medical Group Occupational Health NP position is a full-time position split between a corporate client and Affinityâs Occupational Health clinic. Â
Client: Â Â The client is a large corporation in Oshkosh. Â The corporate client is very progressive with meeting the needs of their employees and as such has two newly constructed clinical sites; one in north Oshkosh and one in south Oshkosh. Â The corporate client will build the interiors to custom fit the needs of the practitioner. Â The corporate client is looking for 16-20 hours split between each site and is flexible with hours to cover all shifts. Â The practitioner will manage quick care, work injury, education (diabetes, Health Risk Assessments) and possible blood draws. Â
Affinity Occupational Health: Â The practitioner will work the remaining 20 hours at the Occupational Health clinic in either our Menasha or Oshkosh clinic, depending on patient needs. Â The practitioner will do typical clinic assessments which include, but are not limited to, pre-employment physicals, surveillance physicals, workers compensation assessments and DOT examinations. Â
Affinity Occupational Health has four Occupational Health Board Certified physicians, and a fifth physician in training; Dr. Brian Harrison is the departmentâs DMO. Â The team also has two NPâs who have client sites and clinic hours. Â Affinity Occupational Health clinic also has a travel clinic and RN case managers, along with the standard Occupational Health staff. Â
The practitioner will not be taking call for either the corporate client or Affinity.
