This position is responsible for executing the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes against prescribed policy and procedures while handling exceptions and escalations from the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Supplier, Genpact. ­

Act as a technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for I2C policy, procedures, and systems for IFCO PMS and provide back-up for the IFCO PMS I2C Sr. Analyst as necessary ­
Participate in the implementation of transformation initiatives and coordinate with Genpact when required ­
Oversee relationships for key customer accounts ­
Serve as the I2C primary point of contact for IFCO PMS’s decentralised operations (e.g. Field Organization, WLMS, Crating Division, NAMs) ­
Actively manage open disputes, exceptions, and escalations and review and follow-up as needed ­
Perform retained activities such as Sales Tax, Manual Check Handling, Bank Deposits, Local Mail, etc. ­
Perform administrative duties and issue resolution for 3rd parties and related tools (e.g. credit agencies and banks) ­
Review and approve bad debt write-offs and credits according to the IFCO authority matrix ­
Execute special handling of invoices, consolidations, etc. ­
Coordinate pre-legal, legal, and insolvencies as required and engage with 3rd party collections as appropriate ­
Support internal and external audits ­
Ensure hard copy documents are stored appropriately for record retention requirements ­
Be a model of team work, customer service, communication, approachability and empowerment ­
Effectively communicate both internally and externally and assist in developing periodic reporting to stakeholders to drive transparency and operational efficiency and effectiveness with Genpact
Mandatory Qualifications: ­
At least 2 years B2B collections and accounts receivable experience ­
High school diploma ­
Expert with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ­
Technologically savvy with knowledge of IFCO systems (e.g. IFCO Logix, Solomon) at an advanced level ­
Ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g. Akritiv tool which will be implemented by Genpact) ­
Strong organizational and people skills ­
Superior communication, math, analytical, and problem solving skills ­
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills ­
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment ­
Experience working on a project that has impacted the department or company ­
High level of comfort with change and ambiguity
Desired Qualifications: ­
Knowledge of SAP and/or Siebel which will be used as part of the BPO for CHEP ­
Bachelor degree or college experience ­
Previous experience working with remote teams and/or BPO relationships ­
Previous experience as a member of a systems implementation project ­
Six Sigma/Lean Training ­
At least 2 years B2B collections and accounts receivable experience ­
IFCO Systems (e.g. IFCO Logix, Solomon) ­
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ­
SAP and/or Siebel preferred
