Provide professional medical support services under the direction of Orthopaedic Surgeon to patient care for general orthopaedics and hand surgery.. Duties include diagnosing medical and surgical problems and prescribing when necessary.
Required – Graduate of AMA accredited PA program with 1 -3 years experience preferred

Office/Triage Nurse – Full Time job # 12-030
- Triage clinical calls, regarding specific health concerns and evaluate emergent situations. Ability to develop, communicate and implement clinical policies and procedures. RN will communicate directly with physicians and providers. No evenings or weekends required.

LPN – Full time job #13-004
Duties will include patient care to support the efficient and effective operations of the office. This position will support the physician with clinical and some clerical duties at our Sheridan Drive, Niagara Falls and Orchard Park offices when needed.

LPN License required plus 1 - 2 years experience in a health care facility. Orthopaedic experience a plus. EMR experience needed and excellent communication skills.

Appointment Scheduler – Full time job # 13-010
Responds to incoming telephone inquiries, schedules patients for office visits utilizing computer scheduling system.
High School and minimum 2 years experience working in a medical office setting preferred or Medical Office certificate and 1 years experience working in a medical office. Or 3 years demonstrated customer service.

EMR Coordinator – Full time job #13-009
Coordination of EMR activities and resources to support projects impacting multiple departments. Candidate must have in-depth working knowledge of Medent EMR, ability to communicate, train and educate staff on uses and applications. Must have strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Associates degree in health related field required, BS preferred
5 years working in a medical office in a clinical capacity
Prior experience with Medent required.

Medical Biller / Collection - full time job #13-011
Claims transmissions, generate insurance claims and patient statements. Post payments and follow-up on accounts as well as answer all inquiries regarding accounts. Familiarity with facility billing a plus.
AAS degree preferred with 2-4 years medical billing required. Orthopaedic billing preferred.
