Our company mission speaks for itself - 'We give America's kids the smiles they deserve'. We are currently seeking an OFFICE MANAGER for our Gary location. This position is responsible for assisting the Dentist in the clinical treatment of patients by providing high quality care by administering the day-to-day activities of the dental center office, including maintenance of the records of patients and staff, scheduling of patients, staff interviewing/discharge, accounts receivable and payable, and inventory control.The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma. Minimum of 5 years general office experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a dental office setting. Knowledge of Indiana Medicaid required.Healthcare billing, excellent patient relations Ability to work well with children of all ages.Good computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan, implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames, as well as the ability to deal with priority changes.Ability to work professionally with confidential, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work within the established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.English/Spanish bilingual preferred We reward, value and invest greatly in our team members.
