The Office Services Clerk will fulfill various office services responsibilities, including running general office errands and performing back-up reception duties. Will also be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining supply room, file room, kitchens, and conference rooms. Will complete in-house copying, faxing, and binding, troubleshoot equipment problems and place service calls as necessary. Will process all U.S. and interoffice mail, including Federal Express and UPS. This position requires general knowledge of mailroom procedures and photocopy, facsimile, and binding equipment. Will pick up and deliver special delivery/time critical documents, packages and other requests; pick up food for meetings; make bank deposits, and assist with the opening and closing of files. Must have superb customer service skills, excellent communication skills, an impeccable attendance and punctuality record, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems with diplomacy and tact. Must possess own transportation, a valid driver's license and insurance, and a good driving record. This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and 3 to 5 years of related office services experience or equivalent. Law firm experience and familiarity with standard A/V equipment is strongly preferred. Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
