Overlake Urgent Care Clinic Redmond is currently seeking Family Practice Trained Physicians to provide non-emergent services for children and adults at our walk-in clinic open 7 days a week from 7:00am to 11:00pm. The clinic is located in Redmond, surrounded by beautiful evergreen forests and a short 15 minutes to the beautiful Seattle suburb Bellevue.
A multitude of outdoor activities are enjoyed in the Pacific Northwest.
Overlake Urgent Care compliments the services provided by its affiliate, Overlake Hospital Medical Center. Overlake physicians are committed to providing medical excellence and compassionate care.
Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices. Abide by and assist in processes for quality improvement and risk management at Clinic. Complete and maintain medical records with respect to all patients examined or treated in accordance with all applicable legal, accreditation and third-party payer standards. Comply with all policies and procedures, bylaws and procedural policies of Overlake Medical Clinics, Overlake Hospital, and Overlake Hospital's Medical Staff. Comply with all applicable State and Federal statutes, regulations, and other legal requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

M.D.
·
Successful completion of an accredited Family Practice Residency in the US or Canada
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:
·
Physician License, Washington State
·
Board Eligible, Physician
·
Overlake Hospital Medical Center Medical Staff
·
Current ACLS certification·
·
Minimum one year physician experience in clinical setting

Knowledge of acute and chronic care protocols, administration of medications, delivering physical care following treatment plan.

Knowledge of health promotion principles and techniques and patient learning measurements.
·
Skill in gathering and analyzing physiological, socioeconomic and emotional patient data.

Ability to make responsible decisions within the scope of an independent medical doctor.
·
Ability to work collaboratively with all members of health care team.
Working Conditions:
Combination of office and exam offices.
Frequent exposure to communicable diseases bodily fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations.
Hepatitis B vaccination and TB test required.
