A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required; proven track record of effective patient care through Occupational Therapy Program; minimum of 2+ years post graduate experience as OT in either LTACH, Inpatient/Outpatient, SNF environment (with minimum 1 year'current' position as OT).
- Active License in Illinois
- Specialty certifications/credentials - NBCOT, a must
