Perform routine drug screens, breath alcohol tests and other laboratory duties and associated office duties as assigned. Reports to As Assigned Education, Experience and Skills Requirements High school graduate or equivalent is required. Must have computer skills. Medical terminology and/or laboratory experience is desirable. Training will be provided for the drug collection processing and laboratory procedures. Must be DATIA certified for drug screen collection. If associate is not certified, they must become so within 6 months of their date of hire. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Licensure/Certification Requirement Job Specific Competencies
Demonstrates ability to perform urine drug screens and breath alcohol tests, including maintaining required documentation.
Provides clerical support to nursing station, including completing checkout procedures.
Performs phlebotomy procedures as assigned.
