join our Rehabilitation team at CareOne! We are seeking
full-time, part-time and per diem Occupational
Therapists to join our in-house interdisciplinary
sub-acute treatment team.
As an Licensed Occupational Therapist with CareOne, you
will be part of an active sub-acute program, as you
design individualized treatment plans for a diverse mix
of rehabilitation patients. You will collaborate with
our in-house Physical Therapy and Speech Language
Pathology Departments and the clinical team to provide a
seamless continuum of care.
