Integrity Management Consulting has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to support our office in McLean, VA.

Description of Job Duties:
  • Performs administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, executive support, recruiting, purchasing, and community outreach
  • Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls; ensure messages are delivered in a timely manner
  • Greets clients, business visitors, and candidates visiting the office
  • Review and process vendor invoices; ensure accuracy and ownership and file in timely manner
  • Process expense reports and disbursements; reconcile credit card statement for processing
  • Review, edit and format company documents
  • Make travel arrangements for management team and employees, when needed
  • Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supplies (while adhering to purchasing policies)
  • Performs data entry as needed
  • Provides support for office events (e.g., venue selection, catering orders, setting up conference lines, etc.)
  • Serves as liaison between onsite management & offsite staff
  • Serves as POC for external vendors
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Sends mail and overnight packages
  • Maintains filing system
  • Keeps supply room/copy area stocked and tidy
  • Provide administrative support to operational project teams as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
