A full-time (35 hours per week), year-round position is available. Under the supervision of the Controller, the Office Assistant will support all areas of the finance team in their peak times to achieve their critical missions including Budget, Accounting, Trust and Estate Administration, Financial Systems Operations, and Bursar. Duties include, but are not limited to, tracking and reconciling information, spreadsheet management, research, responding to inquiries via phone and email, performing critical data entry and filing and handling other general office tasks as assigned. The work environment in the Controller’s Office is dynamic and deadline-driven.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years related experience and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with high attention to detail. Excellent computer and data entry skills, experience handling confidential and/or sensitive materials and excellent proofreading skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage a large volume of time sensitive work with accuracy. The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment is essential. Band 17.
