Office Assistant for Human Resources

Will assist mainly the HR department with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties in support of our company. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time position that has opportunity for advancement and may include benefits. Students on summer break welcome. Entry level candidates, looking to grow in the company, we’ve got room for you.


-Process paperwork for all personnel changes in the office.
-Coordinate inter-office changes with the payroll department.
-Perform filing and maintenance of all personnel files.
-Maintain our electronic database; including input of new client/employee information and preparation of various reports.
-Serve as first point of contact for general HR information.
-Assist in recruiting efforts including coordinating resumes and interviews, placing advertisements and facilitating temporary help needs.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and take messages in the absence of management personnel.
-Administer the attendance and vacation policy by conducting quarterly audits on attendance, calculating balances, logging time off, and creating notifications.
-Communicate in English effectively (verbal and written).
-Able to work independently and multitask
-Great customer service and strong interpersonal skills are requirements.
-Additional Tasks - Assist HR conduct day-to-day administration for the HR Department and perform other clerical duties as necessary and assigned


1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to work with computers and and basic math skills.
3. Clerical experience, Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation: TBD; based on experience. 9 - 11 per hour
