Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

§ Provide administrative support to the Caregiver Homes staff including letters, general communication and calendar scheduling
  • Assist with preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including database support
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing program files, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate Regional meetings
  • Prepare and send mailings
§ Purchase office supplies, furniture and equipment in accordance with budgetary guidelines
§ Responsible for the office day-to-day operations (such as coordination and communication with Building Security and Management; distributing building access keys and maintenance of office equipment)
§ Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
§ At least two years of previous experience in a professional office environment

Skills/Knowledge Required
§ Computer literacy, specifically MS Office
§ Good planning and organizational skills
§ Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS
§ Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
§ Strong customer service skills (listening, problem solving, communication, friendly, tactful, knowledgeable)
