Answering and directing incoming phone calls; greeting clients; families; guest and professionals; setting up medical records; coordinating mailings and providing child care as needed when staff are meeting with parents during conferences and other occasions. Must communicate well; trouble-shoot maintenance issues; coordinate work flow and ensure timely, accurate and efficient completion of duties.
High school diploma or equivalency; demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
