To assist Department Assistant – Office coverage from 2:30 – 4:30 Monday – Thursday.
General office duties as assigned which may include but are not limited to typing, making copies, filing, running errands on campus, answering phones, assist with inquiries about department from students and “walk-ins.”
Must be currently enrolled at PLNU
Must be able to work hours listed 2:30-4:30. If you cannot work these hours please do not apply. Majors in our department are not eligible to apply for this position. General office experience helpful. Computer experience MS Word and Excel required. Grammar knowledge and the ability to proof documents helpful. Good people skills, ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines and work with many interruptions.
