Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Responsible for overall operation of the office including reception, mail, clerical duties, and facility upkeep. This is a long-term temporary position. Local candidates only please

Provides friendly and professional customer service to employees and visitors

Answers and fields incoming telephone calls

Serves as main contact for general employee needs and questions

Coordinates all mail services including accepting, processing, and delivering incoming mail as well as overseeing and assisting with outgoing mail

Assists management with general clerical tasks, i.e. filing, shredding

Oversees the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, i.e. restocking of supplies, organizing conference rooms

Oversees maintenance of common area office equipment, i.e. refrigerators, furniture, fax machine

Communicates with office vendors to ensure fluid day to day operations

Serves as point of contact for facility issues and serves as a liaison to building management

Assists and participates with special events as needed

Assists with receiving and storage of goods on a daily basis

Assists with other operational projects as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to move and lift items (approx. 30 lbs.)

Flexibility in scheduling work hours and availability

At least 1 year experience working as a receptionist in a fast paced environment
