OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Small Construction Company in Yukon area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry
Accounts payables
Accounts receivables
Human resources
Payroll
Prepare customer billings
Prepare accounting reports
Assisting owners, office and field staff
Various office duties as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work full time Monday through Friday
Knowledge of accounting principles
At least 3 years of solid bookkeeping work experience, preferably in construction
Ability to adapt changes and re-prioritize tasks based on current needs
Proficiency in Quickbooks, excel and word
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to administer multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable in small office environment
