We are a independent sales rep company that represents manufacturers of pro audio, video, theatrical lighting and musical instrument manufactures to dealers throughout New England and Upstate NY. We need to replace our office manager/admin. The position requires great phone skills, good writing skills, computer (Windows Office, Outlook, Quickbooks) experience, the ability to think independently, work alone some days, and help our repeat customers order products and get the information they need from our vendors. We have a casual atmosphere in a nice office in a store front area in Maynard, free parking. A knowledge or appreciation of music, audio, sound, lightin, media, the arts would be nice but not required, as are expanded computer, web (Adobe Dreamweaver), internet and social media, skills.
