Oklahoma City Civil Engineering and Surveying Company is hiring for a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position. Candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to assist the office professionals. College degree is preferred but not required. Company offers excellent benefits.
Answering and directing phone calls, Typing (65-75 wpm min.), Filing, Human Resources, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, Billing, Deliveries, Mailing, Transmittals, Purchasing, Proposals, and other various office duties as they may arise. This is a new position. Candidate will be responsible for assisting Principal and all professional staff within Oklahoma City office.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience with Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, Payroll and Billing required. Candidate must be proficient with computers and the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Quickbooks Pro. Candidate must be professional, organized, dependable, accurate, work without much supervision/intervention, and must be able to meet strict deadlines.
