Excellent opportunity to work as an Office Manager for a Cosmetic company . The position is visible, and the perfect candidate will be in constant contact with high-end clients and high-level executives.

As the representative of the company, the Office Manager needs to be passionate about the cosmetics industry. Duties include: Act as the “go to” person and be responsible for the smooth running of the office, deal with building and office issues, arrange travel (domestic and international), order office supplies, process expenses, manage vendors, handle hiring and firing, assist with personnel and benefits, manage receptionists and act as liaison between the employees and other offices.
Must have common sense, be resourceful, anticipate needs and be able to function independently. Presentation is key: must be extremely fashionable, polished, poised, sophisticated, and professional with impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
