  • Summary: Responsible for all day to day administrative operations in the center in collaboration with the Manager/Director. Responsible for training, scheduling and distribution of workload. Supervises office personnel, provides input into evaluations and submits weekly payroll. Oversees billing, charges, budget and purchases. Works closely with all providers in the center, keeping them informed and up to date on a daily basis. Oversees CV Center schedule ensuring efficient and productive sessions.

    Education/Experience: Graduate from high school is mandatory and at least one year of college or business training in secretarial procedures is desirable. Three to five years physician office experience and one to two years supervisory experience required. Business courses, medical terminology, typing and computer skills, ability to use dictating equipment, knowledge of third party billing and coding requirements, ability to work independently, communication skills both verbal and written.
