Currently looking for a dynamic Dental Office Manager/Practice Leader with a passion for excellence.
You will work in a collaborative environment with other Practice Leaders, have ongoing management training and Home Office support including; Marketing, HR, & Claims, to enable you to run a successful practice.
Our Dental Office Managers are responsible for the management of the entire dental office operations in small to large facilities. Managers are the primary liaison between dental staff and corporate operations. They are responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching their staff to perform at their highest level. Office managers strive to maintain a customer service oriented and productive working environment. They are responsible for all aspects of our dental practice management system and work to maximize its capabilities and potential of the entire dental team.
Our Office Managers have the ability to effectively deal with patients, hygienists, doctors and other dental office team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Dental office managers have strong knowledge for business management principles and strong analytical skills. A manager is also accountable for effectively managing expenses that include: ordering dental supplies within the allotted target, maintaining dental inventory, maintaining dental equipment, creating staff's schedules, calculating the monthly lab bills, office orders, and etc. Managers are also accountable for maximizing productivity and collections by scheduling doctors and hygienists effectively, managing and filling gaps by monitoring lost patient reports.

Minimum of 2 years of RECENT Dental Management experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards REQUIRED
Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology REQUIRED
Hands-on experience with computerized dental software REQUIRED
Knowledge of and proficiency in finance, human resource management and principles of business PREFERRED
High School Diploma REQUIRED
College degree in Business Administration or related field PREFERRED
