These positions will provide clerical and administrative support to an adult probation and parole district, maintaining personal productivity in support of the unit and agency mission. One of these positions will serves as manl office receptionist to the public and offenders making office visits. Maintains filing systems, copies and distributes materials, and purges inactive files. Performs keyboarding duties, entering data into forms, documents and agency data systems. Produces administrative reports and correspondences.
High school diploma or equivalent. Recent experience providing administrative support in a professional office setting including data entry, filing and preparing correspondence. Recent customer service experience in a professional office setting Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel) to accomplish office support requirements. Experience using office equipment.
Prefer post-secondary courses in related field or equivalent training or experience in related field. Prefer experience of a multi-line communication system. Prefer experience using an automated system. Prefer basic knowledge of court terminology.
