We are a contracting company on the mid-coast with 20+ employees. We have been building fine homes and renovating existing homes for over 30 years. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant /Office Manager to join our team; someone who can take on all aspects of running our office. Duties will include managing office equipment, ordering office supplies, AR/AP, take-offs, cost tracking, etc. Ideal candidate will have innovative ideas for increasing efficiency. Experience in building construction office preferred. This is a full time position with benefits. Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed at the interview.
