The work-study candidate will assist the Office of International Students and Programs by providing clerical and administrative support to the Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: data entry, filing, copying, assembling and preparing packets to be mailed, answering phones and responding to e-mails, managing data reports, preparing documents for scanning, preparing draft documents, assisting with special events, special projects and interoffice courier, and other duties as assigned.
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidate’s availability and the workload of the department. Ideal candidate will be able to work 15-20 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Candidate must be organized and detail oriented, dependable, have the ability to multi task, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and have the ability to work independently.
All candidates must be current Franklin students, and have Federal Work Study eligibility.
