Allstaff Services Inc., a leader in the staffing industry for 50 years, is now seeking friendly, professional, and detail-orientedreceptionist/administrative assistantsfor a part-time front desk position located in Casa Grande, AZ. This is a fast-paced environment working with a mortgage/financial company. Experience in office/admin is required - Background in the mortgage industry is highly preferred.

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Schedule: Part-Time / On-Call

Responsibilities:
  • Multiple phone line answering
  • Front Desk duties
  • Ordering marketing materials and general office supplies
  • Data Entry into multiple databases
  • Preparing outgoing mail
  • Help facilitate corporate meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Various other administrative support functions
Requirements:
  • Excellent phone skills, with a strong customer service ethic
  • Efficiently answers and directs inquiries, takes thorough messages using computer system
  • Mature, polished and professional presence and disposition (business attire)
  • Punctual, dependable and reliable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
  • Good follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and on-going projects
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of general office equipment
  • 2-3 years of receptionist/front desk experience required
