Achieve revenue and volume goals by executing the On Premise Chain plan, working in conjunction with our internal team and supplier partners.
Achieve Account Business Plan Goals, including new and base distribution, promotional plans, account pricing programs, and project driven business.
Communicate, execute and participate in the development of chain planning with internal and external customers, to include marketing, promotional, and distribution objectives.
Build and maintain superior relationships with our retail customers by presenting regular comprehensive business reviews, fact based sales presentations, accurate and on-time pricing, and marketing promotions that can help create traffic and build sales.
Develop relationships with our supplier partners through quarterly planning, supplier monthly conference calls and ongoing communication.
Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and others you come into contact with through your job.
Education/Training : High School Degree required, College Degree preferred
Licenses/Certifications : Valid Driver’s License. Cicerone level one required within 12 months of start date.
Experience : Minimum five years selling experience required with a distributor or supplier.
Knowledge/Skill : Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. Strong Microsoft Office and Cognos proficiency, analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to create visually appealing presentations; ability to work independently, with multiple deadlines; in depth knowledge of brands and categories
Essential / Physical Requirements:
1. Lift/carry 20 lbs.
2. Must be able to safely operate a one ton motor vehicle (non-CDL)
3. Ability to work indoors all day
