The Voalte Care Specialist (VCS) represents the "face of Voalte" to our hospital customers. This person is responsible for ensuring delivery of a compelling Voalté experience by observing and interacting with users and reviewing / troubleshooting equipment. This is a customer-facing position that requires superior oral and written communication skills in order to interact with caregivers and hospital leadership.
The individual should be responsible, energetic, and outgoing. Weekly travel to the various hospitals in the VCS' territory is required. Following a rigorous training program the successful candidate will be allowed to wear the official pink Voalte scrub pants, which will be provided!


Visit the various hospitals in the VCS territory – onsite time will vary based on the size of the deployment.
Maintain the customer relationship by interacting with end-users and hospital leadership, answering questions, and responding to special requests.
Work with Voalte remote support to troubleshoot iPhones and provide limited technical support as needed
Assist the hospital with coordination of repairs or replacement of accessories as needed
Complete the VCS report for each visit
Provide off-hours support if necessary


At least an AA with relevant work experience, Bachelor's preferred
Familiarity with Mac products – Mac OS, iOS, iPhone/iPod Touch and basic troubleshooting of these products
Strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to details, organization, and time management skills
Problem solving skills
Strong group observational skills
Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry
Detail-oriented person with patience and excellent oral and written communication skills
Service-oriented thinker that actively thinks about the user / customer experience
Must be able to commute daily to hospitals in the VCS region
