This position is responsible for welcoming all One-Stop customers/visitors and for independently handling any related customer service issues. This position will be responsible for providing One Stop center and partner program information, assisting customers and staff with faxing, filing, registering for workshops coordinating meetings and appointments, conducting One Stop information sessions and ensuring that all front desk operations are carried out in an organized and efficient fashion.

Associates Degree plus one year related work experience or a H.S Diploma plus three years of related work experience.

Bilingual required


Computer skills including data entry, filing, manages time wisely, organized, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
