The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing turnkey integrated online marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive e-commerce sales on behalf of RealMatch affiliate partners. The Online Market Manager will utilize a mix of mass email, drip marketing, scenario-based e-marketing, content marketing, retargeting, SEM/SEO, and display advertising to drive channel revenue. In addition, measuring, optimizing, testing, and reporting on the results of the programs/campaigns will be critical. The Online Marketing Manager will work closely with the RealMatch marketing team, RealMatch Affiliate Account Managers, and RealMatch affiliate partners to create e-marketing programs and KPIs specific to each affiliate's market.

Responsibilities include:
Develop the email and online marketing strategy, including contact strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, content, landing pages, offers/calls-to-action, and creative optimizationUtilize customization, personalization, special offers/calls-to-action, and dynamic content to improve email communication, click through rates, and conversions on behalf of affiliate partnersDevelop affiliate specific SEM, SEO, and retargeting campaigns to increase traffic to our affiliate partner job sitesManage, track, and optimize online marketing campaigns including email, social media, partners and recommend corrective action to ensure continuous improvement and effectivenessAnalyze and interpret key metrics/reports Ensure critical campaign elements (promotional code, tracking setup) are created for lead flow and reportingAutomate processes to maintain and replicate an efficient and scalable eMarketing program for affiliatesTrack and stay current with industry best practices and trends in online marketing

Requirements:
5 years of experience working in a results driven marketing environment with extensive experiences with email marketing, agency or client-side.3+ years online marketing experience responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing online campaigns including mass e-mail marketing, drip marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and retargetingExperience using automated marketing/lead management systems (Eloqua, Acton, Marketo,Silverpop)Experience using email campaign management tools to create, send, and track emails (StrongMail, Cheetah, ConstantContact, Epsilon)Experience developing and managing SEO and SEM strategies including using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends)Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMChannel marketing experience a plusOrganized, detail oriented and strong at attacking challengesAbility to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completionStrong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authorityAbility to communicate ideas and collaborate to execute and problem solveExcellent written and oral communications skillsProven excellence in managing multiple projects and deadlinesMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailSkilled at working with cross functional teams This job has originated from a member site of TheJobNetwork - TheJobNetwork.
