We are currently looking for an Online Marketing Manager based in San Francisco who is fluent in Portuguese and English. Your primary role will be the key marketing owner for our Brazil market but you will also be involved in global marketing efforts. Your working hours will often need to align with the local region hours. You can also expect a quarterly trip to the region.
You’ll be joining a motley crew marketing team of race-car drivers, kung-fu pros, karaoke divas, and the inventor of Star Wars yoga where you’ll be working on projects that help drive our ambitious growth goals. You are full of new ideas, self-driven, detail oriented, can prioritize and multi-task because we have a lot for you to work on.
Responsibilities will include:
Identify and drive top content creation for the region by creating, localizing and sourcing marketing content. Content could include customer stories, videos, guides, tips, presentations, sales tools and more.
Manage and optimize content and marketing message on our Portuguese website ( http://pt.zendesk.com ) and other channels based on the needs of the Brazilian market.
Help scale leads in region while lowering our overall cost per lead.
Run and manage local webinars.
Develop strategies for improving visitor-to-lead conversion of content.
Assist with country specific online advertising strategies.
Work with sales to create compelling campaigns that drive results
Create and manage Brazilian social media publishing channels.
Responding and engaging with local evangelists on various social media channels.
Optimize online content for search engines
Have 3-5 years of marketing and/or content creation experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree
Fluent in Portuguese and English
The ideal candidate will also have:
Experience and/or knowledge of technology B2B marketing in Brazil
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have experience writing for a business audience with a friendly, approachable tone
SEO and SEM experience is a plus.
Have a passion for Zendesk, great customer service and online marketing
