Online Marketing Manager - Social Commerce

You will work with dynamic product teams who work on various projects such as improving the gifting experience, creating the future of shopping, and bringing technology to the brick and mortar experience. Join our team for the launch of new, exciting social commerce properties and be part of building brands, products, and experiences that will shape invent the next generation of e-commerce; integrated experiences that leverage the store, the web and mobile, with social identity being the glue!

Responsibilities
--help invent the next generation of ecommerce; integrated experiences that leverage the store, the web and mobile, with social identity being the glue
--work with a world-class group of engineers, product visionaries,and business executives as a contributing member of the @WalmartLabs team
--build and maintain consistent, positive working relationships with business and thought leaders from outside social media organizations(e.g., Facebook, Twitter, bloggers)
--analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations/plans for revisions to existing and future social media campaigns
provide the leadership, decision-making frameworks, analytic guidance and business judgment to drive the end-to-end Social Media program for@WalmartLabs
--create and manage the publication of a wide range of original content, including blog and Facebook posts, contests, tweets, videos, and other content
--design and execute a customized, @WalmartLabs specific social media strategy
--be excited about making an immediate impact on a global scale

Qualifications
--a BA/BS, MBA from a leading business school a big plus
--experience managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, including educational campaigns, editorial content, community outreach, promotions, Facebook sweepstakes, user generated content, etc.
--expertise in identifying and mitigating risks to brand reputation that social media creates
--distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and leadership skills that inspire and manage a high-performing team on tactical as well as strategic initiatives
--a passion for taking on challenging targets and exceeding expectations
extensive experience in the social media space and knowledge of viral marketing
--excellent written and verbal communication skills
--knowledge of Internet business models and online monetization opportunities
--an understanding of search engine marketing, search engine optimization and other traffic acquisition vehicles a big plus
--the eagerness to change the world in a huge way by being a self-motivated learner and builder
