As the Online Operations Manager for LinkedIn Ads, you'll be in charge of defining the end-to-end customer experience for all our advertisers and leading a team that is focused on engaging with, and growing revenue from, LinkedIn's highest-potential advertisers and agencies by helping them better understand the platform and optimizing their campaigns. You will be responsible for growing a high-performing global team and ensuring the long-term success of our advertising partners and platform.

Specific Duties

Lead and manage a global team of account reps and strategists focused on driving incremental revenue from and maximizing the satisfaction for our top advertisers.

Create and manage internal projects that scale the revenue-generating efforts of our account strategists and improve team efficiency.

Own the entire LinkedIn Ads client experience and establish long-term and scalable support, sales, retention, and service models for our advertisers and agency partners.

Oversee the development of concrete, scalable, and successful strategies for bringing new high-potential advertisers on-board with LinkedIn Ads and improving the experience for all our self-serve advertisers.

Collaborate with our Support team to ensure the best experience for our advertisers and spearhead innovative projects to maximize success of our advertisers and our internal teams.

Collaborate with our Business Operations and Finance teams to analyze data that will drive future decisions impacting your team's processes.

Collect product feedback and assist our Product and Marketing teams with beta, product, and feature launches and marketing campaigns.


BA/BS degree with strong academic record


4+ years experience in online/PPC advertising (sales, consulting, optimization, account management, or marketing), including 1+ years of managing a client-facing team of 5+ members.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives (eg. Marketing, Finance, Engineering, etc.).

Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry, specifically auction-based, PPC/SEM, and self-serve advertising channels.

Demonstrated ability to work towards a quota/revenue target, sell, and drive revenue.

Strong quantitative skills, and intermediate/advanced working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.

Demonstrated ability to identify problems, solve them creatively, and operationalize those solutions at scale.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through implementation and analysis, while paying close attention to detail.

Must be passionate about LinkedIn and online advertising.

SQL experience is a plus.


This position may require travel from time to time.
