innoPath technology drives the support and care of mobile devices at the speed of life. Using innoPath's solutions, subscribers, mobile operators and device manufacturers can update, diagnose, and fix devices over-the-air. The benefits of using innoPath technology include avoided device recalls and returns, reduced incidence of support calls, improved first call resolutions for issues related to Android and iOS devices, and increased subscriber satisfaction. We are looking for an Operations/Sales Assistant to support the Operations, Sales, and Contracts departments to ensure the timely renewal of support and sales agreements, and to track and report on customer usage of innoPath SaaS products. This position involves administration, communication, audit, review, and will work with different areas of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Engage with operations, sales, and finance personnel on renewal needs, and perform a variety of duties to enable day to day execution of the support and sales renewals business.
-- Assist with organizing details of customer agreements and pending customer milestones.
-- Support and influence process definition, process refinement and new systems implementation.
-- Provide operational reports to monitor and manage services.
-- Responsible for the data integrity in innoPath's CRM, legal documents repository, and operations and sales team support.
-- Ensure integrity of the legal documents repository on Blueridge.com.
-- Provide support for weekly sales reporting processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-- 2-4+ years related experience in Project Management focused on tight deadline driven projects.
-- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
-- Problem solver with the ability to probe and look past symptoms to determine the root causes of data integrity issues.
-- Strong attention to detail with a sense of ownership and commitment to achieving short and long term results.
-- Ability to work independently as well as a team player, working with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
-- Confident engaging with all levels of management.
-- Solid communication skills.
-- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience working with Blueridge.com and/or a CRM (such as Salesforce) is helpful.
-- Capable skills in documentation of business requirements and user processes. Experience and/or knowledge of a sales operation environment is helpful.
-- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
