The Georgia Department of
Human Services, Division
of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking qualified candidates
for the position of Operations Analyst/Contact
Center.

This will be a statewide work at home position requiring
a Personal computer, Windows based operating system, and high speed
internet access.

Georgia’s Child
Support Services program provides resources to ensure parental obligations
for child support are met that will result in the well being of children
and the self-sufficiency of families. DCSS promotes family stability
based on the fundamental rights and needs of children.

The Operations Analyst is responsible for performing data analysis
and prepares presentations and/or publications of findings for the
operation of the DCSS Contact Center. Additionally he/she will conduct
organizational studies and evaluations; work simplifications and measurement
studies; designs and administers surveys; identifies barriers to quality
services, compliance, or ineffective work processes; and assists in
the creation of plans, policies or regulations to assist the Contact
Center Manager in operating more efficiently and effectively. The
Operations Analyst/Contact Center may also serve as team leader.

Note: The Operations Analyst will maintain close
interaction with internal/external customers. As such excellent communication
skills (demeanor, verbal, written) and a professional image are prerequisites .

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree and 36
months call center experience as a supervisor or lead worker
or

5 years of Call Center supervisor experience

or

24 months experience at the next lower level (DCSS Call Center Supervisor)

Note: Candidates selected to interview should
be prepared to analyze/discuss Call Center data and actions needed
to troubleshoot/resolve computer issues
