Works within the IT Security Operations team to implement security measures for the business’ infrastructure. Focuses on the protection of infrastructure elements, corporate information and intellectual property assets in order to prevent the intentional or inadvertent access, modification, disclosure, or destruction of those assets. Facilitates assessments, follows up and closes findings in cooperation with infrastructure managers.
Receives the results of vulnerability scans and maintains the records of those within the IT Security Operations framework
Analyzes scan results and follows up findings with infrastructure owners to achieve remediation
Facilitates approvals for exceptions and exemptions. Actively manages exception expirations and follows up on gap closures
Works with the Infrastructure team to maintain the application asset inventory
Analyzes actions related to vulnerability remediations and assesses effectiveness, proposes actions and/or approvals
Executes projects focusing on security policy changes for servers/networks/PCs
1+ years of Infrastructure Security experience
Basic Experience in or good understanding of network or server management
Understanding the concept of infrastructure vulnerabilities, and basic principles of IT Security
